In todays competitive environment, computerized design is essential. To properly use the computer in the design process, software tools and methods must be available along with an adequate skill in their application. The virtual laboratory concept provides the foundation to effectively apply computerized methods.
This 1-day course is designed to provide the basic understanding of the computerized methods that are used in the virtual laboratory concept. Beginning with the fundamentals of fluid dynamics and the fluid and mechanical element models, this course goes on to cover solution methods and the effective use of digital computation and simulation. The extremely important model verification and test procedures are discussed as well as other valuable concepts.
Learn the latest comprehensive line modeling techniques

Hydraulic System Modeling and Simulation
Each participant will receive a promotional version of the book entitled Hydraulic System Modeling and Simulation written by Dr. E. C. Fitch and Dr. I. T. Hong. This is a substantial and comprehensive text that will be a treasured addition to your technical library. It is packed with equations, figures, and real-life examples.
The course materials are available for purchase for those who cannot attend the course on any of the scheduled dates. With the materials you will receive a coupon to attend a future course. Contact us and we will provide you with complete information.
Dr. I. T. Hong joined the FPRC in 1979 and as Technical Director he managed contractual research projects. Since 1989, Dr. Hong has been President of BarDyne, Inc. He is the principal developer of the HyPneu software. Dr. Hong remains an Adjunct Professor at Oklahoma State University and is the author of over 50 papers. Dr. Hong has gained international status as an effective and active course leader and educator in the area of analytical design and computer-aided simulation.
The registration fee for the Hydraulic System Modeling and Simulation course is $595 per person or $545 per person for groups of three or more.
